or enjoy a CASUAL membership of $15 per session or 4 sessions for $50. (1st time:  booking is required)

WHAT YOUR SESSION LOOKS LIKE

The 45-minute session starts with a group warm up and then we hit the strength training machines.

Going at your own level as hard or as gentle to suit your ability;
the harder you push the harder it is.

Different classes are on throughout the day and are on a rotation, so you won’t miss out (see timetable below).

The session will be either a longer strength training session only or join in with the group class which follows on straight after the strength training session.

All sessions end with a lovely group stretch.

If the timetable says just STEP or ZUMBA or YOGA
then that means 45 minutes of just good ol’ aerobic STEP or go go go cardio dancing fun or a lovely 45 minutes of just beautiful easy YOGA

How do the machines work?

MOVE’s Strength training sessions use hassle-free resistance based hydraulic machines…

Which means:

  • NO fine tuning.
  • NO adjusting weights.
  • Just get on and GO.

The harder you push, the harder they push back, allowing everyone to work at their own level.

A qualified trainer is always on the floor correcting your form and motivating you to get a quick, safe, full body workout, gaining bone and muscle strength whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.

Other “sessions” include a class after the strength training e.g.: dance, salsa, country rock, disco, belly dancing, aerobic step, balance, bottom, tai chi, yoga & yoga NIDRA, stretch, boxing, leg day, core, hand weights, pilates ring , fun bootcamp toys, walk, move, ZUMBA,
and assorted other fun cardio styles.

  • A huge choice daily to choose from so you never get bored.

  • Book your first session in with a coach to teach you how to use the equipment correctly, which is no extra cost.

Welcome to MOVE

I’m Angela,

I’ll be with you on the floor correcting your form, so you don’t injure yourself and I’ll be pushing you to work to the best of your ability. Come and enjoy 45 minutes with us 🙂

We want Women to be healthy and strong so that they won’t fall over or, so they’ll be strong enough to get themselves off the floor. Strength training is so important to strengthen your bones and to have a happier heart by enjoying some fun cardio moves. It’s wonderful to leave feeling mentally enriched after a fabulous feel-good session.

Come and meet lovely people and enjoy a workout. If you’d like you can also create beautiful social connections here at MOVE.  Share a coffee or an outing with your lovely MOVE friends from MOVE Stronger fitness.

I love being with my beautiful MOVE ladies. I love love love being a coach. I like to think I make a difference to all of my MOVE ladies’ lives and it’s what makes me jump out of bed every morning.
