BOOTCAMP + STRENGTH TRAINING

Our “BOOTCAMP” toys get you moving, after your strength training session then we move out to the toys… with different toys out on the floor and everyone is on a separate station doing an aerobic or strength exercise with a “toy” which might be:

  • Running through hexagonal type ladder
  • Or squat and throw weighted balls into a container
  • Or do specific core exercises using hand weights or weighted bags
  • Or balance on a balance beam
  • Or free style aerobic step
  • Toss the rope
Or just have fun trying to juggle like Julie (see pic below) is doing successfully with 2 balls. ha ha ha and soooo many other assorted fun things to play with and or do for something different. This fun BOOTCAMP session is normally quite aerobic if you want it to be or you can ease off to whatever pace suits you. Suitable for all levels as you can either give it all you have for an amazing intense workout or just enjoy in your own gentler way however suits you…The 15 minutes of BOOTCAMP goes so fast. You’ve had fun as well as achieved a fabulous workout. Feeling exhilarated, and now you’re ready for that coffee.
  • suitable for all levels, go as hard or as gentle to suit you.
  • The 45-minute session begins with a group warm up
  • Followed by the strength training session
  • Then a fabulous 15 minutes of this fun “BOOTCAMP”
  • Workout then ends with a lovely 5 minutes of stretch.
