Core

Duration 15 minutes.

This class follows on straight after the strength training machines.

We perform various movements using all of the core muscles to strengthen the whole area.

  • Suitable for all levels, go as hard or as gentle to suit you.
  • The 45-minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • And then we hit the strength training machines.
  • Followed by the 15 minutes of your CORE workout.
  • Ending with a lovely stretch.
