3 SETS

The “3 SETS” session is a fabulous overloading of the muscles by doing 45 seconds on each machine; 3 sets of 2 machines.

The session starts with a group warm up and then we hit the machines for 33mins, going at your own level as hard or as gentle to suit your ability. The session then ends with a group stretch. total 45mins.

How do the machines work?
MOVE’s Strength training sessions use hassle-free resistance based hydraulic machines…

Which means:

  • NO fine tuning.
  • NO adjusting weights.
  • Just get on and GO.

The harder you push, the harder they push back, allowing everyone to work at their own level.

A qualified trainer is always on the floor correcting your form and motivating you to get a quick, safe, full body workout, gaining bone and muscle strength whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.

Every session starts with a group warm up and ends with a lovely group stretch. The 45 min sessions have different types of “SETS ” strength training each day as you can see on the weekly timetable.

Other “sessions” include a class after the strength training e.g.:dance, salsa, country rock, disco, step, balance, bottom, tai chi, yoga & yoga NIDRA, boxing, leg day, core, hand weights, pilates ring , fun bootcamp toys, walk, move, and assorted other fun cardio styles.

  • A huge choice daily to choose from so you never get bored.

  • Book your first session in with a coach to teach you how to use the equipment correctly, which is no extra cost.

5 SETS

The “5 SETS” session is an incredible overloading of the muscles by doing 30 seconds on each machine; 5 sets of 2 machines.

The session starts with a group warm up and then we jump on the machines for 37mins, going at your own level as hard or as gentle to suit your ability. The session then ends with a group stretch.
total 45mins.

Review Sets By Anne Steel

I love being part of the MOVE Stronger fitness community. Such a lovely group of ladies that I work-out with. There’s no pressure, you work at your own pace, in a very friendly environment. I especially like the SETS that we do with the machines. My favourite being the 5 SETS of two machines at 30 seconds on each machine. Time seems to whizz by, and Angela keeps track of the SETS, so all you do is focus on the work-out. Also, I must add, this morning we did three SETS of two machines at 45 seconds on each machine and my body felt that I had been working hard! If you are looking to get your body moving for fitness, get stronger muscles and bones, or to just stop your joints from seizing-up, come along and try this out. You will never feel out of place.
