Our “CARDIO FUN” gets you moving to the beat, with different choreographed moves to vigorous pumped up music.

This CARDIO FUN session is highly aerobic as well, but is still suitable for all levels as you can either give it all you have for an amazing intense workout or just enjoy in your own gentler way however suits you…

The 15 minutes goes so fast.

You’ve had fun as well as achieved a fabulous workout.

Feeling exhilarated, and now you’re ready for that coffee

  • Suitable for all levels, go as hard or as gentle to suit you.
  • The 45-minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • Followed by the strength training session.
  • Then a fabulous 15 minutes of this fun “CARDIO FUN” aerobic style workout then ends with a lovely 5 minutes of stretch.
