Legs

Leg class varies greatly from some simple side steps to some lovely nasty squats, and amazing lunges.

Mixed with some fun cardio moves to break it up.

It’s super beneficial and can be enjoyable if you just give into it.

  • Suitable for all levels, go as hard or as gentle to suit you.
  • The 45minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • 15 minutes of LEGS immediately follows the strength training session and ends with a lovely stretch.
