MOVE’s Salsa is a Latin-inspired dance workout that is primarily an aerobic workout — wiggle those hips — it’s all about having fun.

  • Suitable for all levels, go as hard or as gentle to suit you.
  • The 45minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • 15 minutes of SALSA immediately follows the strength training session and ends with a lovely stretch.
