Dance workout! A big favourite… A fun way to get some heart pumping cardio. No skill necessary, just keep moving! It’s just all about having fun.

  • The 45minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • 15 minutes of DANCE immediately follows the strength training session, then ends with a lovely stretch.

Dance is one of my favourites as well as Tai Chi and Yoga. I really enjoy DANCE as it’s fun and fast and gets your mind really working to keep up with the steps. I enjoy all of the different DANCE classes: the SALSA, DISCO, COUNTRY ROCK and the plain DANCE too.
