DISCO dancing is a different style of movements again and yet still getting a great workout with fun DISCO music…. It’s a lot of fun. No skill necessary, just keep moving! Have a laugh and enjoy these different DISCO dance moves. It’s just all about having fun with a bonus cardio workout.

  • The 45minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • Followed by the strength training session.
  • Then the 15 minutes of DISCO DANCE.
  • Then ends with a lovely stretch.
