Another big dancing favourite but in a completely different genre… This heel digging, twirling your lasso around style of dance is just sooo much fun, and what a bonus that you get a heart pumping cardio workout. No skill necessary, just keep moving! Have a laugh and enjoy these different COOUNTRY ROCK dance moves. It’s just all about having fun with a bonus cardio workout.

  • The 45minute session begins with a group warm up.
  • 15 minutes of COUNTRY ROCK DANCE immediately follows the strength training session, then ends with a lovely stretch.
